La Minoterie 19, a history of passion
and innovation since 1818
The story of Minoterie 19 began in 1818. It took root in the heart of the Choletais region, along the river Moine, with the takeover of the Vieil Mur mill. For over two centuries, passion for the trade and authentic know-how have been passed down from generation to generation.
In 2016, a new lease of life energized the Minoterie: Jean-Jacques Dixneuf and his cousin Bruno Guibert joined forces with Morgann Trottin, a passionate young miller. His dual expertise, combining milling tradition and knowledge of the finished product, brings new energy.
Today, the Minoterie 19 team has been built and set up to meet every need of its customers (consulting bakers, communication, marketing, deliveries…).
Firmly focused on the future, it instills a modern, innovative vision, while respecting the heritage of an exceptional craft.
