Rooted in respect for milling know-how, our flour mill is constantly being modernized: high-performance bagging machine with robot palletizer, optimized storage areas, loading dock for smooth deliveries… Everything is designed to efficiently support our team and our partners.

Thanks to its commitment and expertise, our team produces 9,000 tonnes of artisanal flour every year, a local treasure at the service of passionate bakers in the West of France, as well as abroad.

With us, every loaf of bread tells a story of quality and tradition.

All our flours are produced from 100% Loire wheat grown according to the standards of Cultures Raisonnées Contrôlées (CRC®). This label guarantees respect for the environment, the preservation of biodiversity, the absence of pollution and pesticides, as well as total transparency. We give priority to proximity, from field cultivation to storage, with rigorous traceability for each grain of wheat.
